  • Screening of patients by trained medical staff in rural communities
  • Transportation of patients to base hospitals.
  • Comprehensive ophthalmic and medical examination conducted prior to surgery.
  • Surgery performed in hospitals equipped with state-of- the-art instrumentation and manned by highly skilled surgeons practicing the latest surgery techniques.
  • The operated patients are kept under observation in the hospitals for at least 24hrs post surgery. They are provided with three meals and compassionate stay at the hospital.
  • At the time of discharge, the patients are examined, counseled on eye care and transported back to their villages
  • At least two post operative checkup is conducted within 6 weeks in the community. The elaborate post-operative follow up program ensures that every patient has access to the hospital at all times.
